Many Youngster these days are losing their lives while driving vehicle by taking alcohol , these can create a serious problem for the driver who drives a car as well as innocent people who are walking around the streets.
The secretary of state passed a new law called zero tolerance low for people under age 21. If any person found to be drunk and drive whose age less that 21 then he have to pay a huge sum of penalty to the government , fail to pay the penalty leads to imprisonment.
The penalty level for zero tolerance law may differ depend upon the Offence
First Offence: If the person age found to be more than 21, then his license suspension for three months. He has to undergo license test once again if he fails in pass the test leads to permanent cancellation of driving license.
Second Offence: If a person commits the same mistake for second time then he has to face one year suspension on his driver license. He has to undergo license test once again if he fails in pass the test leads to permanent cancellation of driving license.
Commercial Driver: The zero law tolerance not only applicable for underage drivers but also for commercial drivers.
